During my internship at EY-Parthenon in the Business Strategy team, I contributed to a business expansion project for an automobile client, focusing on evaluating potential channel partners to establish sustainable dealerships. I conducted thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify dealership requirements and align them with channel partner offerings. Trained on the entire dealer conversion cycle, I was involved in selecting the top five channel partner options for different locations. Through this experience, I gained insights into the consulting process and the importance of aligning strategy with operational execution. It allowed me to apply my analytical skills and effectively translate research findings into actionable business decisions.
