I interned at Publicis Sapient in the Global Talent Analytics team, managing people data for over 20,000 employees. I developed Machine Learning models for predicting attrition, achieving up to 83% accuracy, which enhanced my predictive analytics skills and understanding of HR datasets. Additionally, I contributed to designing a Learning Dashboard using Power BI to support employee development monitoring for senior leaders. This experience deepened my knowledge of HR data, including key metrics and attrition patterns, and highlighted the importance of leveraging analytics to address organizational challenges effectively.
