During my summer internship at the Central Bank of India, I worked on enhancing digital banking services for MSMEs, contributing to financial inclusion and operational efficiency. My responsibilities included analyzing existing services like the Cent DigiPay app and payment gateways, conducting a competitive benchmarking study, and developing strategies to improve user experience and market positioning.
Additionally, I explored AI and ML applications to design customer-centric solutions and recommended actionable insights for improving MSME engagement. This internship provided hands-on experience with digital banking tools, deepened my understanding of financial ecosystems, and honed my analytical and strategic thinking skills.
