During my MBA, I had the opportunity to intern as a Business Analyst at Delphi Middle East Consulting, a leading firm known for driving digital transformation across industries. I was part of the Digital Transformation team, where I played a key role in helping clients digitize their businesses using advanced digital platforms and Microsoft Power Apps. My work focused on streamlining processes and boosting efficiency through custom app development. I also created Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and pre-sales pitch decks that strengthened client engagement. Additionally, I developed data-driven dashboards that provided actionable insights for strategic decision-making. My contributions not only enhanced client operations but also demonstrated the powerful impact of leveraging analytics to solve business challenges.
