During my summer internship at CBRE, a global construction major, I worked in the People Analytics team, reporting directly to the APAC Diversity Head and Global Diversity Manager. My project involved analyzing global diversity data and creating a dashboard for the leadership team, integrating Learning & Development (L&D) data. Additionally, I conducted market research to identify best practices in diversity. This experience allowed me to apply tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python, gaining practical insights into the functional skills I've developed throughout my MBA journey. It was an enriching experience that enhanced my analytical abilities.
