At Publicis Sapient, I had the opportunity to work with the Capacity Reporting Team on a project that focused on improving staff utilization. I analyzed data and built a chatbot on MS Teams that helped employees discover new skills related to their current expertise. What made this internship exciting was the freedom to create something from scratch. I had full ownership of the process, and seeing my solution accepted for company-wide implementation was incredibly rewarding. This experience strengthened my ability to think critically and deliver practical solutions that truly make a difference.
