I interned at Publicis Sapient in the Capacity team, working on workforce optimization for 1400-1500 employees. I developed a Python-based skill adjacency matrix to support upskilling initiatives and built the "Skill Buddy" Chat-Bot on MS Teams to provide personalized skill recommendations, enhancing resource utilization. Additionally, I analyzed 13 years of project allocation data to identify skill trends and implemented measures to reduce bench time, driving operational efficiency. This experience honed my data analysis and automation skills while emphasizing the role of analytics in optimizing talent management and aligning workforce capabilities with business needs.
