At KPMG, I was part of the Digital Government Advisory team that supported digital transformation initiatives for government clients. One of my key contributions was assisting in the development of an AI-driven solution that optimized certain operational processes, resulting in faster outcomes. I also developed an automation tool to streamline internal project selection tasks and created a comparative dashboard using Power BI to analyze industry trends. Additionally, I was part of a team that conducted research on global e-procurement systems, identifying best practices that could enhance similar platforms in India.
